     Noalla stands out for being the parish of Sanxenxo with the most kilometers of sand. Among its beaches, A Lanzada, a stone's throw from our hotel, is known for its waves, coveted by any surfer. It is one of the most famous beaches in Galicia and curious ancient legends are told about it, such as the “ Legend of the 9 waves”:

     Lapa Beach has a half-shell shape because it is located between Area Gorda Beach, separated only by the islet of El Médico, and A Lanzada. In the area we also find small coves, such as A Nosa Señora, located at the foot of the hermitage of A Lanzada, between the beaches of Foxos and Area Gorda. It has two notable areas: one with fine white sand, and the other with coarser sand where rocks and large boulders are frequent. In addition, the nearby and quiet Bascuas beach is the only nudist beach in the municipality.

     The island of A Toxa (island of La Toja) is also just a few minutes from our hotel. This island is famous for being a pioneer in the therapeutic application of mineral-medicinal waters, for its nineteenth-century bridge, its golf course and its old soap and cosmetics factories.
